I highly recommend Corus 45, I just went today and got a last minute pass, I like the core workout and different routine then going to my traditional gym. The staff are very nice and super accommodating to newcomers, or anytime you are needing a adjustment.
4 months agoCorus45 was my first attempt at Pilates over a year ago and I have been addicted ever since. The classes never get easier, but I have become much stronger! Over the course of the year, I have dropped 20lbs and toned up significantly! Oh, the instructors?! Love love them. Sophia will not let you slack and Carly will perfect your form. 10/10 would recommend. Got 3 of my friends to sign up and we go together all the time. 👯♀️❤️🔥
4 months agoI have been in the fitness industry for over a decade and can honestly say I have never experienced a workout like I have at Corus 45! The instructors are so nice and clear with their instruction and their music is spot on. It is a very fun environment to workout in!
4 months agoMy favorite part of the week is going to Corus45! The instructors are very helpful and kind. Love a low lit workout class with good music. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to try out a reformer type workout!
4 months agoI love my workouts at Corus45! The studio and equipment is always clean and I leave each workout feeling stronger! The form corrections from instructors helps ensure I target the correct muscles without injuring myself.
