Dave & Buster's Westlake - Cleveland: Cleveland Restaurant Guide

Been to D&B plenty of times. No complaints ever. We did the eat & play option which is new for us. I felt it was a great deal & they did not disappoint on the food options we chose for the $19.99 per person. Chicken Caesar was spot on. Nicely breaded chicken. Just enough dressing. Fries were well seasoned. Burgers were huge & tasty. The games they have added since my last visit were awesome.

Attended the Ohio Wheelman Series Banquet in their rented hall. Food was good, hot and ready! Staff was friendly and professional. The venue was large and clean with good entry points and seating area. This is a yearly tradition to attend this event held here and it's good each year. A great place to hold your event.

If you get the chance to win the ball at the game (front left when you walk in), DO NOT miss it. This isn’t just any ball, it’s the best one you’ll ever win. The ergonomic rubber grip? Elite. The bounce velocity? Perfectly responsive. The thickness and feel? Absolutely phenomenal. And come on… it’s the Chicago Bulls (they have other teams). An absolute icon. This isn’t just a prize, it’s a future family heirloom. You will not be disappointed.

Foods good and the games are fun. Take your family out for an evening and dont forget your wallet cuz it's a little pricey. The staff are on point, had a guy greeting us at the door and the waitress was around every 5 mins. They have a variety of games for all ages and everyone can join in on the fun. Alot of parking, Ican see it filling up for a game or a good fight. Huge screens with multiple options. Im sure the bar is stocked with whatever you want!

From start to finish this was an absolutely horrible experience. We made a reservation for 530 online, even called at 3 to make double check and were told there were no issues. We walked in and there was no host and just a sign that said dining room is closed. We found someone behind the bar, he said he's get a manager to ask about a table for us and then took our drink order. We waited 25 minutes, he never came back. We then saw a hostess come over and we followed her to a table in the game room. We asked if we could get the drink tab transferred since we never saw the guy or the drinks from earlier. A manager came and apologized and gave us to the bartender to wait on. At this point, we thought all would get better, but unfortunately that was farthest from the truth. The server and bartender started arguing over who got to wait on us. Our drinks took another 15 minutes. I ordered a couple appetizers since everyone was hungry and she didn't come back for another 25 minutes. I had to grab someone else to find her to take our order. She seemed overwhelmed and kept scratching her head and playing with her hair at the table which is pretty gross. Our food came out in waves and we were told that they were out of ribs so 2 people needed to reorder. The steak came and they were out of fried onions, we then ordered some carmelized onions and mushrooms that never came out, even after being told they were on the grill 3 times. Another meal came with no mashed potatoes and a drink with no fruit bc they were also then out of strawberries. Our drinks were wrong twice and then we asked to see a manager again. He did comp all of our tab and we appreciate it but all we wanted was to have a good experience for our sons birthday. It was the worst I've ever had at any restaurant. As a bonus, the server also offered us candy she was eating out of her bare hand. Nice thought I guess lol but also not sanitary at all. Overall, we are so disappointed and not likely to return at all.
