I had the pleasure of watching an African dance performance by Djapo cultural arts institute that was nothing short of breathtaking. I had an awesome experience at Djapo African Drum and Dance class at the Cleveland Community Dance event today. Education and movement taught by Talise (I hope I got her name right) was awesome. Her team of dancers and drummers were AAAAAMAZING!!! I've never had a chance to see the perform but I will. I plan to support this organization. It's truly a Cleveland gem!
