Beautiful beach! Very clean area and the sandy beach is groomed each day. It has picnic tables, rest rooms, a pavilion and a play area for the kids.
5 months agoWeekday visit in September was great. Had the beach to ourselves, more or less. Enjoyed walking on the sand bar that was about 10' off the shore.
5 months agoSuch a nice beach. Especially for folks with children. Or just folks that don’t like stepping on giant rocks at the other Erie beaches. I love coming here in the summer. The concessions are great and good prices! Restrooms are nice as well as the changing rooms. And they have lifeguards!
8 months agoThe beach seemed to be pretty clean. There is a huge shallow area for kids to play. You can rent kayaks, etc. The dog area was to the right of the concession area. (The grassy section is very small.) Parking is $3.
8 months agoNice day at the beach. If you are in the area plenty of picnic tables and no cost to enter. Life guards on duty after 11 am to 7 pm on select posted days. Food stand on weekends but check if you are not packing a picnic. Kayak rental but check online for hours. Enjoy the boardwalk or sans the sandal’s and enjoy toes in the sand.
