Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland: Education and Learning Center: Cleveland Museum Guide

We like to visit the Federal Reserve banks when we go to different states. The staff/security guards were very friendly. This was more geared towards children, but we still had fun. We got to see the real money tree, and we were able to create our own money drawing using the many images on the plates. And when you're done, they give you a bag of shredded money. It's a free experience, so check it out, but make sure you have your ID on you, and since it is a federal building, make sure you just bring essentials cause it will be scanned. And have fun.

Visited this and the one in Chicago multiple times. Both are great small museums with a lot of interesting information and both are free.

Beautiful place, but mostly it's a small museum about our economy and not actual money. Rather disappointed in that. The architecture was gorgeous, though!

Great place to visit and learn!

I honestly had low expectations for this place but was blown away at how interesting it was! Mary took a lot of time explaining the interesting architecture of the building, history of the federal reserve, and symbolism of the murals. It was like having my own personal tour guide. They have fascinating exhibits about counterfeit money, the history of inflation, and security of the building. Plus you get a free bag of (shredded) money when you leave. Well worth a visit.
