5 months agoI cannot recommend this studio enough!! There are so many different fun classes to choose from and it is truly an inclusive, safe environment. As a plus size girly, I get very anxious about working on wellness/fitness in front of others. But I know with 100% certainty that I am welcome and safe here. The owner is also an incredible human and her team is beyond talented. Free Hearts 4 life!!!
3 months agoI signed onto do the Barre Beauty class through Class Pass with Gianna Wilkie, it was a good workout for someone in the beginning of trying out barre. Not too intense but hard enough to where you feel the work. There is a small parking lot next to/connected to the building. Will need to get there early in order to get a good spot.

7 months agoBest mat Pilates class in Cleveland! I love this studio and the instructors. My favorite classes are Pilates, barre and strength. There’s truly a class for everyone here and the environment is always inclusive and encouraging.
