Great Day! Tours & Charter Bus Service: Cleveland Transportation Service Guide

I went on the “BEST OF THE GULF COAST” tour. Had an amazing time!!! Best motorcoach tour/trip I’ve taken in a long time. Thank you, Russ, our tour director. He made sure we were well taken care of…from the rest/restroom breaks, places to eat and shop, to our overnight accommodations. What an enjoyable time we had playing bingo and challenging our brains with the trivia games. LOL Amy, our bus driver did a superb job in handling the bus, very courteous and always a service with a smile. I will definitely travel with Great Day Tours again.

I recently took a trip to Niagara falls through Great day tours and the Mentor Senior center . I was a very good trip but what made it a great trip was our host Russ . Russ was incredible. If anybody had a concern he was right there to fix it. Don't think we could have had a better person taking care of the trip.

Went to sugar creek for wine tasting yesterday. Bus driver Ed and guide Russ were both awesome. Russ was especially wonderful as he took the time to assist people with canes and walkers up and down a very steep area at the second winery. He even carried my purchases from the bulk food store onto the bus to my seat as my few purchases were heavy. At the drop off he even carried my heavy tote bag with purchases to my car and actually put them in my car as I walk with a cane. I would definitely book a tour if I knew Russ was the guide again. I would not recommend Great Day using the second winery again as the incline roadway was so very steep to walk up and down Some one could easily fall.

We took our first tour for the Noah to Nashville trip and had a great time. Our driver was Kendrick and he was amazing. Trip was busy and and enjoyed all the venues we visited and enjoyed getting to know new people. Will definitely take another tour in the future.

I recently traveled with this company and had a very good experience overall. The driver was very skilled and kept us safe and the tour guide was very friendly and always making sure that we were satisfied. I do recommend booking with this company if interested.
