Great Lakes Boat Charters: Cleveland Tour Agency Guide

We had a fantastic experience with Great Lakes Boat Charters! We booked a 3 hour cruise to celebrate my 50th birthday and it couldn't have been more perfect. From the booking through the cruise, they were very friendly and professional. We ended up having gorgeous weather on the day of the cruise and the crew did an excellent job splitting up our time so that we got to do some sightseeing, some swimming and even had a meal delivered to us on the boat! Highly recommended!

We went out twice, July 4th and yesterday evening. Everything about our experience with GLBC was positive from booking, to advance communications, to the actual boat experience(s). Kudos to Scott for a great business and to Caption John who was a real pleasure to be out on the lake with. The weather wasn't perfect on the 4th, but GLBC was flexible and very fair with how we handled adjusted scheduling.

Our sunset cruise with Captain John was spectacular! The trip was perfectly paced and curated. The boat was beautiful and spacious. We made a stop at Collision Bend Brewery where we were able to get a pickup order for dinner and drinks. We then cruised the shoreline and enjoyed a beautiful sunset near the lighthouse. The crew was incredibly helpful and attentive. It was a perfect evening!

Captain John & and his daughter Hannah were absolutely incredible! They met us at the dock and guided us through our options for the day. We were celebrating my husband's 40th birthday and they treated us like royalty. Helped serve us our snacks, ensured our drinks were always full, and shared some fun facts about the city as we drove around. They gave us the perfect mix of cruising slow for site seeing to speeding up for a thrill ride. They even accommodated our request to extend our trip for an extra hour as we were having so much fun. The boat was clean and beautiful. We will definitely book in the future! THANK YOU for making this celebration one we won't forget!

We really enjoyed our time with Captain Scott . It was a fun day and a great experience. Everything was well planned and executed. Scott is very knowledgeable and share lots of great stories and information with us. I highly recommend.
