What Visitors Say
“People say this antique store offers exquisite, high-end luxury goods and eye-catching pieces. They also highlight the knowledgeable, polite, and helpful staff. Other reviews mention the prices can be high.”
Attended an estate sale they were handling today. Would give no stars but there was 1 nice staffer upstairs working - kind, patient and friendly. The staffer - Lana- who was working in the walk in closet was clearly overwhelmed, rude and indignant. Asked the price of something and proceeded to tell me where the price tag was and she saw it there, blah blah blah. Ok. Well it’s not on there, so how much is it? Again, just told me where it was. I told her it felt like she was accusing me of taking it off. And then she just gaslit me from there. When I asked about prices in 2 other rooms - upstairs and the library - I did not receive this treatment. It was a huge sale. I understand some things get missed or tags misplaced, whatever. I hope others don’t have this experience - especially at an estate sale of this caliber where price tags are high but also customers are paying it, so do better for your customers. Lead with kindness.
4 months agoBeautiful things and very nice people- especially Ron the owner. I’ve sold some pieces of jewelry to Ron and he’s always given me a very fair price. Even when he is not interested in what I have to sell, he will be very professional and super nice about it. The store has many beautiful and unusual pieces . A great place to go - whether selling or buying!
8 months agoThe best antique shop for high end luxury goods in the state. The staff is very knowledgeable, polite and helpful. If you like great antiques, quality pieces, fancy the eye catchers, and want to be helped by true professionals this place will be the destination.
a year agoCame in with my husband who is an Arab physician, there was Loud annoying staff in the back shouting on the phone, and another annoying staff member who followed my husband around only. Presumably because his skin color. Not to mention something that should be $50 will have a tag for 1,050 what a joke. Not sure how this place stays open.
7 months agoI cannot speak highly enough about Ron Greenwald and his store. Recently I bought a relatively expensive perfume bottle set as a gift for my wife. It was one of a kind. When I got it home I noticed a small chip on one of the bottles. Ron said to return it immediately for a full refund if I did not want it. Antiques are usually sold "as is". Ron was under no obligation to return my money, yet he did. In addition to Ron, his store is definitely a rare find. If you're looking for the perfect piece to accent something in your home or business, I doubt you'll be disappointed stopping by. It's been a year and I can definitely say Ron Greenwald and his store offer a more pleasant experience than ever. Something I thought impossible. Walking into his store is like entering a museum only everything is for sale. Regardless of whether you purchase anything, Ron treats you like his best friend. When you leave, again regardless of whether you purchase something, you'll leave feeling far better than when you entered.
