They went above and beyond to help with vendor recommendations, design suggestions, and their floral work was stunning. The HEDGE Event Planning team truly went above and beyond our expectations! We got married in November 2019 (pre-pandemic) and Hilary and her team made the whole wedding planning process so incredibly easy. We had our reception on the Ramp Level (ceremony was at a church) and it was perfect and unique, with an industrial and eclectic feel. We were even able to include the pinball arcade as part of our cocktail hour, which our guests loved! She guided us through all of our options, offered suggestions, and provided a clear breakdown of costs (which was very affordable). Communication was very timely and easy. Day of the wedding (and the week prior) the HEDGE team took care of everything, coordinating with our vendors so we didn’t have to worry about a thing except enjoying our day. To top it off day of (at our reception) her team made sure everything ran smoothly, including making impromptu repairs to wardrobe malfunctions in the bridal party. Almost 2 years later and we still get compliments on the uniqueness of the venue and how fun having an event there was. We cannot recommend them enough!

Hilary and the team at HEDGE Gallery were absolutely incredible to work with. We were amongst those who decided to postpone our wedding due to covid and Hilary was so understanding and didn’t hesitate to work with us to reschedule. Everyone we worked with at the gallery really took the time to understand our vision for our wedding and absolutely nailed it the day of! We got so many compliments with how special and intimate the venue was, and everything ran so smoothly with her team organizing everything and working with our vendors behind the scenes. It was a great feeling to know the day of, that we didn’t have to worry about the little details because they truly had it covered! And the florals were stunning, I couldn’t be more happy with how all the bouquets turned out - it was really our color palette turned to life! We couldn’t be more pleased with our wedding, it was a night to remember.

The wedding planning process can be overwhelming, but Hilary and her team made it so easy! They helped make my wedding day everything I could have imagined and more. Hilary was so responsive to all my emails and questions, big or small. We were able to accomplish so much at each meeting we had. The team worked with all the vendors to plan deliveries, pick ups, anything you could think of. This little thing was a huge stressor for me and with them taking the reins, I knew things would be done correctly. We also had the team do our florals and they were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! The flowers and decor were everything I pictured for my big day. I cannot recommend this team enough. I tell everyone that other than marrying my husband, Hilary and her team were the best part of our big day.

Hilary, Aireonna, Molly and the entire team at hedge event planning went above and beyond in helping us plan our wedding and making the day of go so seamlessly. They had great communication with us and were always an email or phone call away whenever something came up. They also handled communication with our many vendors which took a huge stress off of us. The wedding planning process can be overwhelming but they made it stress free so we would really enjoy the process. The team also did our decorations and floral designs at our reception and WOW!!! They made our vision come to life and our families and friends are still talking about how beautiful everything looked!! We are forever grateful for all they did to make our wedding day something we will never forget!!
