Hillside Orchard & Farm Market: Cleveland Grocery Store Guide

We came for the apple cider donuts (a must!), but couldn’t resist grabbing some apple butter, coffee syrup, and a few pumpkins too. The donuts were perfectly delicious, and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. Hillside Orchard is family-owned and operated, with everything either made right on the farm, nearby, or sourced locally in Ohio. The produce was gorgeous, fresh, and really well-priced. If you’re looking to shop local and treat yourself to something sweet, this is the place to go!

Great local fruit stand. Delicious local strawberries and raspberries. They also still veggies, pies, cookies, etc -- July 2023 update: Support a Hinckley business celebrating 75 years! 🫐 Blueberry picking season has started at Hillside Orchard on 303. $4.15/lb min 2 lb. Tue / Thur / Sat every week. Picking hours are usually 10-3pm Regular store hours: Tue-Sat 10-5, Sun 1-5 closed Monday "Papa Bear" suggests wearing a belt or caribeaner so you have both hands for picking. It's been a challenging year with the drought, but they've been watering all summer.

They have great apple picking but poison ivy all over all the trunk of the trees, it's horrible, no signs to tell you or anything. We didn't see signs to not climb until we were told, we were behind the signs... nice orchard, great store, amazing donuts. But please remove the poison ivy or put up signs.

Picking apples was more fun than expected. My kids really got into it and it was fun to show them that apples dont come from the grocery store but from trees. Their hot apple cider is delicious. Their cider donuts are amazing. (And that my kids got to see how donuts get made was a plus) And their apple pie is amazingly delicious.
