The manager at this location (Erin) is the best with the utmost professionalism. Erin maintains a nearly spotless, very clean location, is very personable and helpful- she answered all my questions and even knew how to troubleshoot the app on my phone (which was an issue entirely with my type of phone, not the app at all!) I can't wait to be a regular member here and look forward to future interactions with the very welcoming and competent manager and I am certain her equally well-managed and friendly staff. Highly recommend this location over the others because of her ability to run the workout studio so well. When I came for a free "community" offered class, it was PACKED, and she and the other staff members were so organized, kind, and on top of everything going on! Great experience from the start and I am sure I will be very happy working out here regularly!

Joining Rocky river HOTWORX has been the best decision I have made by far. All of the staff are so welcoming and amazing. Work outs are great and they even have free weights as well.

Love it here! I have been a member for a while and ended up leaving, and within months i decided to come back because of how much i missed the 15 minute HITT workouts. The staff here is so nice and the atmosphere is great. I always feel welcomed and comfortable here.

I’m new to HOTWORX, and it has done wonders for me. I had hip surgery a few years ago, and these workouts have helped me greatly. The variety of classes is perfect for my needs, and it’s been a great way to motivate me to get back into the gym. I love being able to do it with my daughter—it makes it even more special. Erin is a great manager; she’s always helpful, friendly, and easy to talk to. I love HOTWORX, and the staff truly make it even better.

I loveee hotworx rocky riverrr!! I started here in October and I just love it. I have such a busy schedule so it being open 24/7 is one of the best perks for me. Also I like being able to pick between a a variety of different workouts depending on what I’m feeling that day. The added weights section is great too since I can still get some weight lifting in before/after sessions. The manager, Erin, is super nice and is always making conversation with guests. Additionally staff member Sarah is the one who signed me up and she was amazing at explaining everything and getting me set for my first free workout. I love hotworx so much I literally tell all my friends they need to try it.
