What Visitors Say
“People say this hotel offers spacious rooms and comfortable beds. They also highlight the historic architecture, beautiful atrium, and convenient location near downtown attractions. Other reviews mention the rooms can be noisy.”
This hotel was beautiful, the staff were very very helpful and polite. Always clean, and they offer daily room refresh. They also have cribs/playpens available for travelling with children/infants. The food available downstairs is also delicious with their in house bar and diner. The check in and out was fantastic and simple. Can be a bit noisy is there are events as the hallway kind of acts like a tunnel with echo's very easy to project. Still was able to sleep really well on the comfy beds.
a week agoAwww man. Stop by on your way to a different hotel and take a picture of the lobby. This is smoke and mirrors. The shops are empty and you have to go out for good food. The front desk staff was inconsistent. There was a friendly guy next to an unfriendly person wearing a mask who checked us in. She was borderline rude. The TV is old and does not have any streaming service capabilities and the grand bed is not grand at all. I actually feel duped and that sucks. I will not be back.
3 weeks agoHistoric Arcade Charm Meets Exceptional Holiday Experience—A Cleveland Gem We stayed at the Hyatt Regency Cleveland at The Arcade for three nights over Christmas 2025 with our 3-year-old son and Shetland Sheepdog, and it exceeded expectations. The property occupies a beautifully restored 1890s arcade building that transforms into something magical during the holidays. The five-story atrium with ornate Victorian ironwork was adorned with thousands of twinkling lights that had our son absolutely mesmerized—he spent twenty minutes just gazing up at the glass ceiling each time we walked through, which was featured at the end of the 2025 Superman movie. The location proved ideal for our Christmas visit. Tower City Center connects via skyway (about 3 minutes covered), providing easy access to holiday displays without having to trek through some of the colder weather. Downtown's Public Square and Christmas tree are just four blocks away. For our dog, there was a convenient green space directly behind the hotel on Euclid Avenue for quick breaks, plus the larger Mall B area two blocks east. What genuinely stood out was the staff's warmth and recognition of our World of Hyatt Globalist status—something that reminded us why we've remained loyal to the Hyatt brand over the years. Assistant Manager Zahir and the front desk team went above and beyond to make us feel valued, offering personalized recommendations for navigating the property with a young child and ensuring every detail of our stay was handled thoughtfully. This level of genuine care reflects the Hyatt hospitality standard at its best. Our room overlooked the arcade atrium, providing magical evening views of the Christmas lights. The property balances historic character with modern comfort—WiFi was reliable mobile key worked flawlessly, and breakfast included kid-friendly options with attentive service. For families visiting Cleveland during the holidays or anyone who appreciates historic architecture with exceptional service, this property delivers a memorable experience that showcases why Hyatt remains a very customer loyal hotel brand.
2 months agoAbsolutely get a room here! It was extremely spacious and about twice as big as you’d get at a Hampton or Holiday inn and cheaper than those as well. Everything looked crisp and clean! I had asked for Albanese gummy bears for the room for my bf’s birthday and they made sure to have 2 bags and a hand written note. The staff was amazing and it’s right downtown so you have ALLLLLL the things to do! I suggest their lounge that night and the restaurant the next morning and get their burrito. You won’t be disappointed with your experience I guarantee it!
2 months agoStayed here on a Saturday night. I went across the street and watched a show at the house of blues. I used the valet service, and AJ was very helpful and took care of my car. The hotel is very unique, the lower levels are commercial business, and the upper levels are hotel rooms. The interior finishes and architecture are awesome. I ate at the bar / restaurant at the rear of the hotel for a late dinner, and the waitress served a great pizza, and I watched football on one of the TV's. The next morning I ate breakfast at the restaurant in front of the hotel and it was awesome. The whole experience was great, not cheap, but you great what you pay for, and I can't wait to go back. I should mention there was a wedding going on the night I stayed and I couldn't hear any of it. I had a suite and my room was very quiet.
