JACK Cleveland Casino: Cleveland Casino Guide

JACK Cleveland Casino was, without exaggeration, one of the most disappointing casino experiences I’ve had. Before you even walk through the doors, you’re greeted by people sleeping right outside the entrance. Not exactly the welcoming, “night out downtown” vibe you’d expect. It immediately raises questions about security and how little attention is being paid to the property’s front door. Inside? Underwhelming doesn’t even begin to cover it. The slot selection felt sparse and outdated, the floor felt cramped, and the energy was completely flat. For a major downtown Cleveland casino, it felt small, tired, and poorly managed. If you’re looking for excitement, variety, or even just a sense of safety and professionalism, you might want to look elsewhere. This place needs serious improvements — from security presence to overall upkeep — before it can justify calling itself a premier casino.

JACK Casino is a fun place right in the heart of downtown Cleveland. There are slots machines and table games. Bars and restaurants Tower city shopping mall is adjacent to the casino.

I absolutely hate writing bad reviews. However, this needs to be said. I was there this past Saturday and today (3-14). Saturday, I was asked by a guy if I had spare change. Then a young girl asked me if I had spare change. Today, there was a homeless guy in a wheelchair who absolutely stunk. I wanted to throw up. He was that bad. He was sitting by a machine but not playing it. I actually got physically ill. Then I went upstairs and another guy asked me for "bus fare." Come on. I don't even want to go downtown. I have a right and an expectation to not be bothered when I play. These people sit at machines and don't play. I'm not telling you how to run your business. I'm not telling you what to do. What I am telling you I will go somewhere else to play. The casino should be a safe place where I will not be harassed for money. Update: June 6th, 2025. Your casino garage is a pigstye. Trash, vomit, bottles, cigarette butts, garbage, and used masks are everywhere. When's the last time you cleaned it? Update: 7/20/25. The garage was clean. Thank you. I appreciate the effort. There were no homeless people that bothered me today. I appreciate that too.

They got rid of the players card reprint machine. Now every single time the players club is 10-15 people deep. Tonight it took me 32 min to PRINT a card. What an absolute joke!

Fun place! Great architecture, lots to do with many different gambling and restaurant options. Clean and safe- go by yourself or with a group.
