K&G Fashion Superstore: Cleveland Clothing Store Guide

The store is a complete mess. Everything is unorganized and it’s hard to find anything that you’re looking for.. Had to do a return at this location came at 10:30 AM and was informed me that they don’t do returns in the morning because they don’t have the money to do so! That’s not a part of their return policy by the way that’s just the random managers policy! I asked to speak to the manager, which is Belinda and she was so excited to NOT help me. She had the biggest smirk on her face just waiting for me to shut up so that she could shut me down..told me to return In the afternoon, When they would hopefully have enough money ($125) to give me my money back! I’m only available to run errands in the morning.. I work and have children in school. I Drove 37 minutes to this location to do a return and she asked me to drive another 27 minutes in the opposite direction from my home to do the return at a different location because she was unwilling to go to the office and get MY MONEY BACK. I then drove to the other location which now took me an hour out of my way, and that manager walked right to the back got the money out of the safe and did the return with NO problem. He Was extremely polite and apologize for Belinda‘s behavior! I think the people at the steelyard Location are on a power trip and might need somebody to come down and speak to them about how customers come first! Maybe understand the situation instead of just being rude, nasty shutting people down and unwilling to do their job. Do not go to this location It’s literal trash if you absolutely have to shop at store go to The Mayfield location!

Lady at the counter was unpleasant. She was talking to every one of her coworkers while ringing me up. Didn’t ask if I found everything ok. Didn’t say Hello when I stepped to the counter. I kept saying thank you …NO RESPONSE from her at all. When I got back to my car I was overcharged $17 for something, I only had five items, receipt said six . No Happy Holidays come again. Nah the way money is tight for everyone I won’t be going back there. Great store, customer service lacks.

We always find what my 6'2 son needs here, plus something for my 9 year old daughter, & myself! Prices are great. Staff is SooooOooOo friendly. Coupons are amazing!

Just read through the reviews and PAY ATTENTION. If you're a person of color, they don't want you in there. So, let Belinda and store security have their store. There are many other places to spend your hard earned money.

If you need a quick $99 suit for your son to go to homecoming , this is the place. Why spend more when he’s gonna grow out of it anyway in 1 month? Highly recommend
