Laurie Myers Yoga: Cleveland Yoga Studio Guide

This was my first professional massage ever, which I was a bit nervous about, but the experience was excellent! Laurie made me very comfortable and explained everything along the way to make sure I got the best possible result. Highly recommended! ETA: I went to Laurie for a 1-hour Thai massage, not a yoga class; but I am sure her yoga classes are also great.

I've been a yoga student & massage client of Laurie's for several years. When I first moved to Cleveland I found it challenging to find an instructor who I felt comfortable with. Laurie is focused on yoga fit to her clients from a physical and emotional perspective. She constantly inspires an environment where one can be themselves, with or without baggage coming in the door. Laurie is super warm, welcoming and laid back. You can tell that she actually cares about her students and engages individually with each of them. Her heart is 100% in the right place and she is incredibly genuine. She incorporates aspects of spirituality into her practice in a way that feels unpretentious and without the level of cultural appropriation that I've experienced at some other studios.

I've known Laurie for years, and when I heard she was opening her own studio I was super excited. She is a humble and powerful person, full of knowledge and kindness. I love the space, and the teachers are great guides. Thank you for your passion for yoga and healing, your classes always leave me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated with new found perspective. I was visiting Cleveland for weekend and looking for yoga class close proximity where we stay and I can not be more happy that I find Lauirue yoga studio. She is AMAZING.
