This place is not for aerodynamic trucks with low skirts or trailers with skirts. Otherwise, if you send a truck driver to this location, they will need razor-sharp experience, and even then they will damage equipment. There is extremely limited space to maneuver, and one single mistake will result in damage. Be warned. I did it, but I have 30 years of experience and will not do it again. Trailer axles must be all the way forward. Even then, there is a high chance of damage.

Very fast unloading, full trailer under 30 mins. Great people on site. Follow these directions and you will not get lost. Very easy way if you follow these directions.. Direction from I-71 North: Exit 240 then left to W 150th st. Right to Lorain ave. Left to W 140th st. Right to Triskett Rd. Left to Berea Will be on left side and the gate from the parking lot. Kind of tight. But not hard.
