Horrible experience with this company at the Lyndhurst, OH Home Fair on 9/11/21. A worker and manager both accused my two year old of stealing a neon yellow wristband. Firstly, why would you sell an unlimited ride wrist band that automatically becomes void if it falls off of a toddler's wrist? This is a nonsensical policy. I went to the ticket booth and ofcourse the lady offered to replace the wrist band because she had JUST sold it to me. But that is not the point, you do not go around accusing toddlers of theft. What kind of business is this?
