Elaine and Gordon create an environment that feels like you're one of their friends tagging along for an activity they would be doing regardless of whether or not it is their business. They are very knowledgable and friendly, but keep to a schedule to keep the day moving along. My boyfriend and I went on a hike with them to Brandywine Falls in Cuyahoga Valley National Park on National Chocolate Day. They provided us with a nutritious lunch to go along with local chocolates we munched on throughout the day. The hike ended up being about 6 miles even though the park map said it would be 3, but we were prepared for anything on the cold, damp Saturday. I would highly recommend this experience, even if slightly pricey.

Great outing with a group of friends. The weather was perfect, the hiking was educational, and the bonding was wonderful. I just wish we had more time for more wineries!

First class trip all the way. This couple has everything well organized from the website, the pre-tip information, the trip down with a fun game, and launch point / pick up point. The picnic was wonderful plenty of fresh healthy food to make your selection from. A wonderful fun way to spend a summer day. Recommend it for anyone. Don't worry if you can't swim, you will be wearing a life vest and the river is not deep.

Naturevation provided a great afternoon for our company of bookkeepers. We usually work in different offices and this was a relaxed, fun, and informative time for all of us to be together. Elaine and Gordon are personable and quite knowledgeable, but pace the info so its not tiring (like some museum tours). They providing a nice refreshment spread at the end of the trip that topped off the event just right before we returned to our families. We saw places many of us did not know existed. I would gladly do another trip with them.

My wife and I loved our NatureVation trip to the Ledges in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park. We are experienced hikers, but Elaine and Gordon provided a much more enjoyable trip than we could have put together ourselves. They are very knowledgeable about parks and the outdoor adventures to be had in Northeast Ohio. Our trip included beautiful vistas, interesting historical background about the places we visited, fun detours to hidden pathways, and a delicious gourmet picnic after we had worked up an appetite hiking. I would recommend these trips to anyone from beginners to experienced adventurers. EDIT: I just went on another trip and had a great time again. We visited a sculpture garden, climbed a high tower for stunning views of Lake Erie, learned about the history of parks in Lake County, ate another excellent meal, and visited a fun new winery. I really enjoyed adventuring with our group and meeting interesting new people.
