December 21st I placed an order and explain to a team member how I would like my Balloons blown up. I showed them a picture and they said OK they will be able to do it. I paid for the Balloon’s and I came to pick them up. They weren’t what I expected at all. I provided ribbons for my Balloon’s and they told me they weren’t able to put them on the day of my event even though I showed them the look I was going for I wanted a refund. I spoke to the owner and she was very rude and said she couldn’t honor that they’ll be wasting helium and I should’ve just took the balloon's

I brought my son some balloons for his birthday Nov 13th. A month later, they're still floating.

I bring my sister and her kids here to get some costumes. It was very nice, had everything you needed. We're definitely coming back and may make this a yearly traditional thing.

I purchased a helium tank for $57.99, advertised as holding 50 units, but it only produced about 20-30 small balloons before running out. The balloons deflated within two hours, so we had to buy more. It was a waste of money. Do not buy this product.

Update: thank you for giving me a refund Bought this in store got the 24hr helium had 15 for my daughters birthday 6 where down in less then 10 hrs paid $35 for what so disappointing will not return to that store
