We recently visited Peek’n Peak and overall had a fantastic experience. Once we arrived, the staff on-site were incredibly helpful and welcoming. A special thank you to the team who took the time to show my daughter how to properly put on her skis — that patience and kindness really meant a lot and set a great tone for the trip. Unfortunately, our experience regarding group rates was disappointing. We called in advance about lift ticket discounts for our group of 20, as the website clearly states that groups of 15 or more receive reduced rates. We later learned that the person who manages group rates was on vacation, which explains why our call wasn’t returned — but that wasn’t communicated to us at the time. When we arrived, we were met with noticeable attitude from both the group rate contact and the manager. We were told we should have called three days in advance and that if we didn’t reach the first person, we should have escalated to the manager ourselves. Ultimately, the only option offered was the standard online rate — something we could have secured on our own. The issue wasn’t necessarily the pricing — it was the tone and lack of ownership. For a group of 20 people each spending hundreds of dollars, the interaction felt dismissive and unnecessarily confrontational. Aside from that situation, the rest of the trip was truly great. The slopes, facilities, and most of the team delivered a memorable experience. With clearer communication and a more professional approach to group inquiries, this would have been a flawless visit.

Very convenient for easy access to slopes. Rooms are very nice. Kids running around was a little noisy at time, but not bad enough to disrupt my stay. Service was very good. Dinning was great at dinner, but the breakfast was not up to par for the price. Parking was easily. Pool was crowded, but nice. Only annoying part of stay was kids in the adult hot tub. Staff said they could not enforce. Regardless, would not hesitate to return. Been coming to the Peek for 38 years and still enjoy.

Had a great time at Peek'n Peak (Jan 19-21)! Stayed in the 3100's wing with king bed and pull out sofa and GREAT fireplace. (2 adults). STAFF WAS WONDERFUL - Everyone from the staff at the front desk on the evening of 1/19/26, and the great manager on morning of 1/21. And the guys and gals at the ski rental went way beyond what we've experienced elsewhere to get us all set up and help us when one pair of boots after a day were hurting my feet..... Zane, Joe, Mike, Emma-THANK YOU! The food at The Bistro was so so delicious and staff there was fabulous as well. We ate there two nights and would highly suggest flatbreads (Wow!) and the burgers and fries and salads. Long Island drinks were extra good as well. It's hard to believe (compared to Seven Springs, and other places) that every single staff member we encountered was exemplary - but they were!! Plan to go back real soon! (PS: room was clean, and cozy!)

Beautiful lodge and super friendly staff. We visited in Feb for a 3 day ski trip. The drive from Erie airport was about 45 min, and no issues getting to the resort. We stayed in the main lodge, and it is an old fashioned setting with beautiful wood carvings around mirrors and some stained glass as well. We really enjoyed our stay, and the slopes were great for skiing and snowboarding. I would def visit peek n peak again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

What an absolute mess of weekend. We booked a late winter weekend at PknPk, the slopes were not in good shape which was a risk we were willing to take before booking. The contingency plan was to utilize the pool at the “Inn” which is where the mess starts. A group of 7 adults and 2 kids paid to access the pool. Early afternoon, around 3:00 pm EST, March 7th, storms shut down the indoor pool due to lightning in the area after 5 minutes of swimming. We were instructed the pool would be closed until 6:00 pm. We went to dinner and returned to the pool around 8:00 pm, again after 10 minutes of swimming the pool was shut down due to “lightning” despite calm weather. The “guards” on duty had no idea how the instrument that detects lightning worked and “accidentally” stopped the timer. When the 30 minutes timer elapsed, another “lightning” strike hit the “area”, effectively closing the pool for the night. It seemed like the “guards” were more focused on getting closing duties complete so they could leave on time or early from the 10:00 pool closure. Meanwhile, while all of this is going on, patrons were in the outdoor hot tub while patrons indoors couldn’t utilize the indoor pool. When this was brought up to the “guards” no action was taken. The “guards” said all complaints would need brought up to the front desk. When frustrations were brought up to front desk the receptionist said “I can’t do anything for you, I’m just a 2nd shift worker that checks people in. You’ll need to call someone in the morning. ” when I asked who to call the response was “I don’t know”. Collectively we paid roughly $200 dollars for a combined 20 minutes of swimming with no restitution. What a mess of a day with no knowledge, ownership or management of the situation.
