Portage Lakes Cruises: Cleveland Tour Agency Guide

My wife booked a private 2 hour Portage Lake cruise for my birthday in May and unfortunately we had a death in the family so we had to cancel and rebook the cruise for a later date. I talked with Judy and she was so understanding and we appreciate her working with us to rebook our cruise. We went on our cruise August 2nd and we had so much fun. The weather was picture perfect for an evening criuse. Our captain for the night was Ron and he took us through all 7 lakes. He shared the history of the lakes and showed us some of the historical houses around the lake. This cruise was a wonderful birthday gift and I would recommend this cruise. We had a great time on Portage Lakes Cruises! Scheduling and coordination was very easy and Judy (coordinator) and Pat (our captain) were wonderful. We had a bachelorette party and even though you can’t drink on the lake, Pat took us to bars and offered us advice on fun places to go later in the evening. She knows her stuff and Judy helped so much along the way! If we ever come back to Portage Lakes, we will revisit the cruises.

Had a really cool time on this adventure out on Portage lake to see the waterfalls and most importantly the Portage glacier! Jack was such an informative host and shared a lot of cool information. Mike was super friendly by offering to take pictures, and Wayne was a super awesome captain! Very cool experience. Definitely worth it!

Loved it!!! Captain Judy is an awesome tour guide! My son and I went on a very nice boat ride around Portage Lakes. She never once got tired of answering his 5000 questions. She let him drive the boat when it was safe to do so and he loved it! Thank you very much for the relaxing ride around the lakes. Update: We are returning customers, loved it! On a day with a little bit of rain we had the lake all to ourselves. My son got to drive the boat even more and he couldn't be happier! Thank you very much Captain Judy!
