Fun place to go for the weekend reasonably priced, good food free refill on soda pop, family friendly, good security with police officers, pool table in foosball table, electronic scorekeeping for bowling, clean environment clean bathrooms would go again recommended place

We went with our 8-10 year old children for our son's birthday. They really liked it❤️

Super clean, staff were very friendly. My two younger kids shoes didn't fit they immediately swapped them out. I needed lighter weight balls (6# and 7# balls) and they had them at the ready. We went to their concession stand and the staff they were super helpful and answered all my questions and were very courteous. Will 110% go back.

Roll House racially profiled my family. We made a reservation at this location for a party of 10. Five of my family members arrived 15 minutes after the reservation was confirmed and asked for assistance with getting their shoes. An older female worker was very nice and was trying to assist them when a younger worker (allegedly named Shay) angrily intervened and accused my family of booking too many people and told them there was no shoes available. My daughter-in-law told her mom that the worker was being rude and “Shay” replied, I can be rude. My daughter-in-law’s father requested to speak with a manger and the young man pictured, identified himself as the manager (allegedly named Keith) and rudely told him that he was taking his worker side. After my family exchanged some necessary expletive words with “Shay” and “Keith,” “Shay” continued to shout and challenged us to take the confrontation outside. As a result, they refused to issue us a refund, called the cops, trespassed us, gave us a fake number to the DM “Warren”, and acted as if they were the victims when the officers arrived. This interaction left me in disbelief! As a homeowner and resident of Parma, it’s disheartening to witness prejudice people work in customer facing positions. “Shay” and “Keith” lack professionalism, integrity, and common sense! Sadly, if you’re a black customer, be prepared to be profiled and treated unfairly at Roll House in Parma. I strongly suggest that you take your business elsewhere.

I made a reservation ahead of time and even paid an extra "booking fee" to do so. When we got there, the two groups in line in front of us, did not have reservations, and were given a lane immediately. Then when it was our turn they didn't have a lane available for my group and we had to wait well past the time of the reservation.
