Sky Zone Highland Heights: Cleveland Amusement Park Guide

Thank you for always having an amazing team. AJ WAS PHENOMENAL. HE REALLY TAKES HIS JOB SERIOUSLY AND WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND. I’ve been coming here for years and have never seen such a great manager that was so kind and involved. His team respects him and they really made my son birthday the best thanks AJ and team skyzone.

Hello everyone! This was my first time at this location; I had been to one in Mansfield years ago. I purchased my tickets on Groupon, which was great! However, when I arrived, the tickets I sent as a gift to my daughter weren’t working. Fortunately, I still had the original tickets with me and hadn't left yet! The two young ladies at the front desk were polite and helpful. Overall, the cleanliness was acceptable, and I noticed workers actively maintaining the area. My daughters had a great time, which is what matters most. At one point, I left for a minute, and when I came back inside, it was quite dark. However, everyone was wearing shirts that glowed in the dark (provided by Skyzone) which, I thought was pretty cool. I will probably take my daughter back since she enjoyed it so much, and any minor issues that arose were handled well. Blessings!

Located on Alpha drive right off the highway, you go down a long drive and the entrance is in the back with a lot of parking. This Skyzone location is awesome! A month ago I walked into Skyzone to check out the facility and ask some questions about booking an Epic birthday party for my son. Khaden assisted me and answered all of my many questions I had. He even showed me the rooms I could choose from. He was very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. I was impressed from the start. Fast forward a month and I had my son's 10th birthday party today. I walked in and was greeted with smiles and the staff immediately assisted me. The guys helped me brings my birthday decorations in as the room was getting cleaned from a previous party. I may have had to wait maybe 10 mins at most. The room was very clean, had a counter with sink area, 3 round tables, and a square table that I used as a gift table. I had about 15 minutes to decorate the room in a Roblox theme before the start of the party. I was able to hang a banner, backdrop, and balloons on the walls with tape. Communication was great as to how much time we had to jump and they let me know when the pizzas (very yummy) I ordered would be ready. I also ordered pop and water. Before I could ask for anything Khaden was right on top of it with refills, extra chairs, whatever. Even with it being a very busy day everything ran so smoothly. The young lady at the front desk made check out process easy and fast. She was very polite, funny, and cares about her work. My son said he had the best birthday party ever with all of his friends and family. Gurleen the general manager is amazing!! She took the time to come meet and thank me for coming in. I am so impressed with the level of service we received. You can really tell that the entire staff loves their jobs and helping others. I saw so many smiles and It made me not want to leave. You all made not only my son's day but mine as well. In a time where some young people seem to be in the clouds and not be moved by much these young adults were in a class of their own. I could see the pride in their abilities and kindness shown. They also worked well as a team to keep the show rolling. Keep up the great work ladies and gentlemen!!! We will definitely be back again in the future and I thank you all at Skyzone Highland Hills for the great experience.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Understandably, this is a franchise, but the current ownership is running this location into the ground. The facility is currently operating without active fire alarms or sprinklers (they are on "fire watch"), which sets the tone for the entire experience: unsafe and neglected. The interior is dim, outdated, and dirty. The staffing situation is pathetic. Management is clearly absent, as employees openly ignore customers. We watched staff members on their phones while kids were jumping, and others were playing basketball on the courts instead of doing their jobs. At the front desk, three employees stood around talking while one person managed the entire line. This isn't just a "bad day" for them; it is a systemic failure of management. Do not go here until new ownership takes over.

We went to the sky zone in Highland Heights to celebrate our son’s 7th Birthday party. The staff was beyond accommodating. They offered their help every step of the way, And truly went out of their way to make sure that we were having a good time. We also went on a weekday, We pretty much had to place all to ourselves which made the experience all the better. I highly recommend this establishment for any of your little ones birthday parties. It was well worth the money. Thank you Skyzone!!! 🙏🏾
