What Visitors Say
“People say this amusement park offers bouncy trampolines and various activities, making it a great place for birthday parties and exercise. They also highlight the reasonable membership options, clean facilities, and friendly, attentive staff. Other reviews mention the waiver process can be inconvenient.”
Mostly a good experience, we came to a friend’s birthday party, the package included my one child but we brought my second child as an add on. I have no problem paying for my second child not included in the birthday package, BUT $28 for admission & socks for a 1.5 year old is insane! She definitely had fun, but not $28 worth of fun. It’s a little weird that they charge the same price no matter the age where almost every else would either be free or a discounted price. Then we realized she also couldn’t go on the trampoline without us so of course we had to pay more money for socks for the adults. The check in process for the birthday party was very chaotic too, overall the place seemed clean and employees were friendly.
in the last weekThis is a very organized and clean facility. The waiver station is separate from the check in station so the l8ne moves well. Also a great place to hold a children's party as they keep all the shoes for the party separate from other guests.
2 months agoOver all great place but I specifically want to say how great the guy at the café was today. He helped me find a bottled drink for my son that was free of artificial dye by reading off ingredients and when my son had a melt down because the one he really wanted had dye he was so patient. Also the lady that checked us in helped walk me through the steps and was efficient and thorough. Im so glad my husband decided to get the membership that has unlimited jump on weekdays.
3 months agoSummer pass is so worth it we go a few times a week at different times and my boys go wild. They are independent so I get to read and relax while they play. The employees have been super kind and helpful and the place is always clean. Zero complaints just praise.
8 months agoWe drove 20–25 minutes to the Sky Zone in Boston Heights because we’ve always liked this location. My son even had his birthday party here last year. Unfortunately, this visit was completely unacceptable. The basketball court lacked proper supervision and control. A group of boys repeatedly cornered my nephew, jumped on him, restricted his movement, and one hit him in the face. Multiple hands were on him at once, leaving him unable to move. He’s 18 and plays college basketball but did not defend himself because some kids appeared younger and he didn’t want to get in trouble. Even my 12-year-old stopped jumping to watch because the situation felt unsafe Anne was worried about his cousin. I also was watching the entire time which typically I would be watching my nine and 12-year-old jump. After the incident had already occurred, the manager, Marcus, briefly went onto the court and said something along the lines of “okay, let’s play,” without addressing what had just happened. At the time, he and a police officer were talking and did not witness the full altercation. I was watching closely and saw the entire situation unfold. I even saw the police officer sitting there watching and then I saw Marcus walk over him and start chatting with him. Their eyes were not on the court at that time. Later, when we reported the incident, Marcus stated that because he didn’t see anything, nothing happened. He aggressively questioned and interrogated my nephew, making him visibly uncomfortable, treating it as his word against theirs rather than addressing the safety concern. During this interaction, I observed Marcus walk away, shake his head, mumble under his breath with a smile, and begin laughing. That is when I asked him directly, “Is there a problem?” Two other kids had already walked off the court earlier shaking their heads due to the same uncontrolled conditions. We were also told that issues from the closed Highland Heights location had carried over here, which makes the lack of oversight even more concerning. The front desk staff was apologetic and initially offered a full refund. That changed once Marcus became involved. His demeanor was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. We received only $36 back for three kids, which is unacceptable given the circumstances. The interaction also felt racially charged. We are white. Marcus is Black. The kids involved were Black. While my nephew did not view this as a racial issue, Marcus’s demeanor and handling of the situation suggested otherwise. Between the unsafe environment, lack of supervision, dismissal of a legitimate safety concern, and refusal to issue a proper refund, we will not be returning. Extremely disappointing for a place we once trusted and recommended.
