Soothe Massage and Wellness Spa: Cleveland Massage Guide

I scheduled a massage with Soothe probably about a week in advance for my boyfriends birthday (couples massage with an add on) Everything was super smooth with scheduling, which was relieving because we were traveling from Toledo to Cleveland for the weekend so the ease was nice. I received a call the Thursday before my appointment (Our appointment was on a Saturday) where the staff asked if it was okay if we moved my appointment 15 minutes ahead, I said that’s totally fine not a problem. Then I got a call to confirm Friday, I confirmed. Then another call Friday asking to move my appointment 15 more minutes ahead. I still did not have a problem with the moving because I was really looking forward to the surprise for him. We get to Saturday, we drive to the appointment and when I waked in and told them we were there for our appointment they told me it was cancelled due to my card not going through and they said they tried to call. I personally didn’t have any calls, and the other calls all came through fine, but I know technology can mess up sometimes. This is not to bash their business, I was so excited to find out why the reviews were so amazing. The staff was friendly and never rude. HOWEVER!! I know 110% that my card had the funds to go through, I didn’t get a text or notification from my bank saying that something was declined or not approved (I am signed up to recieve these messages and I receive them any time something declines), and I don’t understand why my card would be charged prior to my appointment before the service anyways, maybe that’s just how they do things but regardless there should have been a disclaimer. They offered to reschedule at the same rate but like I said we were only there for travel and this birthday massage, so there was no need. This is just disclaimer for people traveling so they don’t waste their time or feel blindsided.

For my first ever massage I'm so glad I came here. I did a couples massage for our anniversary. I was nervous as I've never had a massage before. The girls were so comforting, they explained things well, and asked me for all my preferences. The space is very welcoming and so relaxing. We left sad that it was over and feeling like jello. 10/10 would recommend. We both will be back. Thank you so much for the wonderful anniversary massage!

I've seen a few different therapists here & while some are better than others for my personal preferences, I have not been disappointed by any of them. The facility is clean & calm as well. Looking forward to my next appt and trying out their new head spa in the future!

I visit Soothe for massage and facials. The staff at the front desk are wonderful! They also greet me by name and make sure I’m comfortable while waiting with a beverage of my choice. The rooftop deck is a great place to relax. Carliann is a master of the deep tissue massage. Her firm but gentle touch is relaxing and therapeutic. Carol is an exceptional esthetician and very knowledgeable. Any service I receive is fantastic! 8/7/25 I had a massage with Sandra and had a wonderful experience. I arrived early to enjoy a glass of wine outside on the rooftop deck. It was my first visit with Sandra and she took time to go over my pain points and preferences. She added stretching to the places I needed it most and paid special attention to the areas I asked for focus. The pressure and long strokes made the massage effective and relaxing. She truly was amazing and most importantly I felt so well taken care of.

My fiancée surprised me with a birthday massage and tub soak at Soothe Massage & Spa and it was exactly what I needed. From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and made me feel really special. The massage itself was amazing – the pressure was perfect, they checked in with me often, and really focused on the areas I mentioned. I left feeling lighter, relaxed, and so much less tense. The tub soak afterward was the perfect finishing touch: quiet, calming, and such a peaceful way to linger and enjoy the experience a little longer. The spa is clean, cozy, and thoughtfully set up, and I never felt rushed at any point. Overall, it was such a lovely way to celebrate my birthday, and I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend Soothe Massage & Spa if you’re looking for a relaxing, pampering experience!
