We went with our 2 year old toddler and spent 4-4.5 hours at the park. We didn't go in expecting that we could (more importantly our toddler could) stay that long but time flew by. The staff is courteous, slides are great for an indoor park, temperature of the water is perfect. We went in closer to the opening time which is why we didn't encounter a lot of crowd, it starts getting busy around afternoon. This also meant with an exhausted baby, we couldn't do a lot of activities like face painting or the snake show but we have no complaints. She enjoyed herself, we were more than happy to see how entertaining the place was. I would definitely recommend this place for a good day of fun when there's no sun and a lot of snow around ! Great job team ☺️
3 weeks agoWe were excited to visit but quickly noticed many parts of the park closed including typhoon twister, shark attack, python plunge adventure bay (closed half day), Lilly pads never open. All more teen focused attractions. We were here when the power went out; something they must have never rehearsed in terms of emergency protocols; no one seemed to know what to do or say. Staff were walking around trying to inform people but with no info. They have no way of using speakers or informing people other than walking to every person in the park. The guards did do a great job of getting people out of the water quickly I must say. Ended up leaving and enjoying dinner and shopping close by. Front desk staff said it wasn’t them to speak to about refunds and so a number was taken and now we wait for a reservation person to call us eventually to probably try to offer us a credit we will never use. Returned second day to be disappointed with closures of slides, incorrect information from staff in terms of opening times (kids waiting in lines that simply didn’t open). Kids tried to make best of it, but lots of long lines for the few open slides for our teens. Trying to speak with anyone is impossible as they send you to some else. Park pass issues they send you to reservations (no answer), slide operation time they send you to lifeguard (trying to work and have zero information), asking to speak to someone to complain (staff don’t know who to send you to). I’m sure this place is great when things are open and staff aren’t rude. Don’t foresee us coming back here again for another quarter experience.
2 months agoWe had a great experience. A few things to keep in mind when visiting, take your own towels. It is a Cashless resort as well. Not a ton to do for your older kids/adults to do but still able to have some fun. The staircase for the water slides is a tight squeeze with inner tubes that all use the same stair case with 3 lines. All in all had a lovely experience, not enough lifeguards for all the areas. Definitely look for the best deals when going to enjoy the most for the least!
6 months agoFound an amazing deal online! Included 4 passes for 2 days and an overnight stay! Staff was super friendly, facilities all very clean, kept the floors in bathrooms dry, and lots of places to sit. No long waits for slides and great kid area. Lifeguards watch and do their jobs. Arcade is huge. Only thing is food prices are a little steep.
4 months agoI took my kids to Splash Lagoon, and we had an absolutely fantastic time! From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a fun-filled day. The water park itself is amazing—tons of exciting slides, a lazy river, and a huge wave pool that kept my kids entertained for hours. The water was warm, and everything was clean and well-maintained, which made the experience even better. My kids especially loved the tipping bucket and the indoor-outdoor hot tub! There were plenty of seating areas for parents to relax while the kids played, and the food options were surprisingly good for a water park. We grabbed some snacks, and everything was fresh and reasonably priced. Overall, it was the perfect family outing. My kids are already asking when we can go back, and I’m more than happy to plan another trip! If you’re looking for a fun, family-friendly getaway, Splash Lagoon is a must-visit.
