Beautiful little church in the old downtown. The visiting priest was engaging. The community, although small, was inviting.
11 months agoI was referred to this church while I’m in a pretty rough spot and I was extremely hopeful after hearing how great they usually are. After my encounter this morning being told that the need on W25th is greater than mine and that I need to find a church in my own neighborhood (I’m only a few over) I’m feeling less hopeful. It honestly has me on edge about calling other places and even asking bc I don’t want to feel shamed or made to feel small while I’m already down.
a year agoWent here with my husband yesterday and he needed clothes so badly. Jojo and Mark were more than happy to help us. They were so helpful and kind! I am so thankful for this place. One of the best resource centers in Cleveland by far. Thank you guys so much! God bless.
6 years agoI miss this place. The size, age, and artistic appeal (love the windows and stone) kept calling me back. Am proud of the many ministries this parish engages in for the poor and very poor. Felt safe and the right fit for me. Sadly I have lost my transportation to here for now.
5 years agoThey provide a much needed service by handing out meals, I have volunteered for >3 yrs. Bless all those that make donations to Back door ministry
