Marshalls is a good place to find deals, and you can sometimes score great items at reasonable prices. The selection changes often, which makes it fun to shop. However, the store can feel a bit messy and unorganized at times, and it takes effort to find the right size or item. Checkout lines can also be long depending on the time of day. Overall, it’s a decent store if you have time to browse and hunt for bargains.

Took us half hour to just to get water to our table and we had to ask for it..there was loud arguing going on... some cus words going through the air... felt very unsafe...we waited a little bit longer and then they came back to the table but wasn't nice at all...we paid for our water and left and it was a really bad experience...I wouldn't recommend it at all... better off going someplace else...very loud abnoctious not friendly doesn't feel safe.. feels like they should place guards.armed guards in their... never going back... please be careful if you go....at own risk... you've been warned

I love this store cashiers are very friendly especially the manager Mrs Kate you can find great products at a great price 👍

This walmart was close to downtown, I felt generally safe visiting here, but I was later told that this is the roughest walmart in the city 😵 The area was calm & clean during the day. Maybe be careful if you're visiting the area at night solo. Other than that, I found everything needed on my store run. Some of the items were blocked due to workers stocking the shelves. There was a cute Cleveland mural I spotted while leaving the store.

That was the most help I've ever had in the hot water tank section dude knew exactly where everything was and gave me all the correct stuff I needed. As far as the other workers at cash out they all sucked I had to carry the hot water tank by myself no one asked me if I needed help at least a nice customer helped me put it in my vehicle..and the lorain home depot sucks I hate going inside there the customer service is terrible the isles are always piled with nonsense. I spend thousands of dollars a month there for my jobs and the return process is terrible I had to return 3 little cases of flooring the other day and I had forgotten the receipt it was only 90$ and the chick literally gave me an attitude because I wanted store credit to get a few different tools for a job I was doing .and she could have looked up the receipt on file it was a 900$ phone call purchase which I know for a fact is on file and she gave me the worst attitude ever after I spend at least 5000$ a month in that store ..overall the customer service at any home depot i go to sucks .unfortunately they have things I need so im forced to shop there
