The Inn at Brandywine Falls: Cleveland Inn Guide

Wonderful stay at The Inn at Brandywine Falls. Vicki was a dynamite host. She provided the history of the property as well as recommendations for hikes and dining. Breakfast was delicious and thoughtful: Vicki introduced all guests to each other making everyone feel welcome. The room was cozy, quiet, and well-appointed. Brandywine Falls is steps away. My girlfriend and I took a weekend trip up to Ohio because we wanted to visit Cuyahoga Valley National Park. We decided to stay here and could not have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived we felt genuinely welcome and felt right at home. The inn is located right next to the falls so it’s only a short walk away, and it’s in a great location if you wanted to visit the surrounding area. For breakfast we had freshly made cinnamon rolls, egg bakes, yogurt parfaits, all of it was fantastic. We stayed in the ‘Adeline’s Retreat’ room and it was incredibly comfortable. When I got back home I told all my friends that they need to visit Ohio just to stay here. Many thanks to Vicki and her staff for a great experience, I’ll definitely be back!

What a lovely place to stay with a great backstory! The house is clean and spacious and the rooms have everything you need. The hospitality of the staff is top notch from the delicious breakfasts to the personal touches they add. The house has unbeatable access to Brandywine Falls and the local trailhead. If we are staying in the area again I have no doubt that we will be staying here.

We just got back from a wonderful stay at the Brandywine Falls Inn. The house is an historic one and beautifully decorated. Our room was very comfortable with a modern walk in shower. The innkeeper is amazing - full of historical information about the inn and extremely accommodating. She adjusted the time of breakfast to our needs and, in fact, prepared a bagged breakfast for the couple traveling with us that they picked up at 4:30 am - the time they needed to leave to catch their flight in Cleveland! The inn is just a short walk from Brandywine Falls, and there a many diverse hikes in the park. Highly recommend.

We stayed 6 nights at the Inn in the loft with our eldest son while dropping our daughter off at college in Oberlin. Every morning we enjoyed a different 3-course flavorful breakfast, and met kind fellow travelers and had the most fascinating conversations. Very relaxing, and Vicki and her staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. Near the inn we did of course various hikes, but we also rented bicycles one day to bike on the tow path, highly recommend this as well. Cleveland is also near by for those wanting to visit the city.
