The Loretta Paganini School of Cooking: Cleveland Educational Institution Guide

Absolutely INCREDIBLE experience. Loretta herself taught our class and she was so kind and gracious, explains things extremely well, was funny, and was the Nonna of my dreams. We will definitely be back for another class. Thank you, Loretta.

My experience at the Loretta Paganini Cooking School was wonderful. The hands-on classes were both educational and enjoyable, allowing us to practice dishes such as Porcini Mushroom Bisque, Homemade Pici Pasta with Ricotta and Walnut Pesto, and a delightful Chocolate Cherry Torte. The instructor, and chef Loretta was knowledgeable and passionate. I highly recommend this school for anyone looking to enhance their culinary skills or just a fun night out!🍴🍷

On Friday October 24th we went to the wine class that featured Jeff King. It was outstanding through out. The Loretta Paganini School of Cooking again provided a wonderful atmosphere.This was everything we expected and is highly recommended!

My husband and I took the "cooking with a partner class" just to have a new kind of date night, and we were not disappointed! Our instructors, Kate and Alyson are perfect - they kept everyone, even the novices - coordinated and organized, and still keeping it fun! Food was great and they sent us home with a copy of all the recipies. The facility is beautiful and super clean and I've already signed up for another class.

This review refers to their gift card policy. My mother in law gifted us over $300 worth of gift cards. We were able to schedule and attend one class before the expiration dates. I contacted the school and asked what was being done with the gift card money and no one could give me an answer they simply said there was nothing they could do about reissuing, discounting, or honoring the $275 that was left on the cards. This company did not file any financial difficulties or change ownership so they simply kept the money from the gift cards without explanation. The one class we did attend was fun but we want others to be sure they know there is NO flexibility on their gift card policy,. I would suggest not buying these from the school unless you can get into the classes prior to purchasing(they are limited). Since I did not get a response from the company I felt obligated to let others know about buying gift cards from this business.
