The May: Cleveland Apartment Building Guide

Roost, The May, Cleveland. Is one of the best ever places I lived during travel. I’m coming from Dubai and even based on that comparison, Roost apartments is the best. I lived here for 1.5 months and every day is so fresh with ample sunlight, full glass windows, the location, the security, the service, staffs. All. Personally, I’d like to thank Ms. Heather, sales who helped with the viewing and contracts and for bringing the best to us. Every part of the apartment is great. Location, the home theatre upstairs, the gym, kids play area, the green area, all. The parking also is so convenient and well secured. The furnished apartment has the best of kitchen items and appliances. Love every detail that went through this. The ambience, the front staffs everyone so warm and friendly. Love every bit of this place. To anyone looking for short term or long term stay, I recommend this place 100%.

I have lived at the May for a year and a half now, and it has been an incredible experience. The building is so nice. It’s clean, very secure, and modern. I renewed for a second year and they kept my rent stable, and even made the utilities cheaper. I would stay here forever, and I think the only thing that would make me move would be buying a house.

Been at The May for a year now and can’t imagine living anywhere else!! It is such a fantastic place to live. They have fun activities such as Luaus, painting nights, Home openers and even Bingo. The building is always clean, has a wonderful gym, pet friendly and great indoor parking. The rooms are very well done too! Close to all sporting areas (walking distance) and a quick Uber to Playhouse.

Having lived at The May for almost three years, I can confidently say it's been an incredible experience. This is by far the best apartment I've ever called home. The premises are consistently immaculate and pristine, creating a welcoming atmosphere every day. The 24-hour security team is not only professional but also very approachable and kind, which adds an extra layer of comfort. Every interaction I've had with the office staff has been nothing short of positive; they strike the perfect balance between professionalism and a warm, friendly demeanor. I would like to give a special shout-out to Sadie and Miranda. Your dedication and support have truly made my stay enjoyable. Thank you both for going above and beyond to make this a wonderful home!

Awesome building with immediate access to all that downtown Cleveland has to offer. Their units are beautifully appointed and the building has a great modern atmosphere. Balconies have amazing vistas of downtown and are also very private.
