The Miscreant and the Muse: Cleveland Clothing Store Guide

Came here the second day they were open and glad I did! It’s nice to see an ‘oddity’ shop with normal affordable prices. There’s a lot in this area but the other shops prices are a little much. I also want to thank the owners for letting my son do a ‘photo shoot’ in the back. He came dressed as leather face to get photos with Jason but I didn’t realize that Jason was only there the day before.

The owners are so friendly and their selection is amazing! We bought a variety of things: clothing, books, magnets, stickers, a card game, a stuffed animal, and several wax melts. We were very happy that we made this a stop for our Cleveland trip!

I love coming here and there's different merch and a different layout everytime, keeps things interesting! They have your typical alternative fun things such as gothic like jewelry/perfume, tiki bar things, plant accessories, ready to pin insects, the list just goes on and on. The tik section is probably my favorite, I bought the perfect small cutting board for it ! The shop is definitely a great addition to the Old Brooklyn community and is supportive of the surrounding small businesses. I love that there are classes for all sorts of fun things and tarot readings (weekly I believe). The owners are so sweet, I wish them the very best!

Stopped in after seeing their instagram account. Immediately loved the vibe of the shop; its classic spooky meets home decor. There’s something cool to look at in every nook and cranny. From spooky themed cutting boards to one-of-a-kind pieces of jewelry and art, I felt like I was seeing something new everytime I walked around the shop. There’s even a fun photo opportunity. The owners were very welcoming and great to talk with. If I have to give a down side, it’s only that they have limited hours but they’re hoping to change that with time. I can’t wait to go back and see what new in a few weeks. If you love spooky and unique items to gift or to keep for yourself, then this place is definitely for you—the best part is, they’re open all year long!
