Great neighborhood dive! I have been coming here for years and have never had a bad experience. They have pool and darts in a quieter spot and tvs in the bar area. The drinks are cheap and good. Be sure to give this place a try if you’re looking for a drink in the heights!

I had an extremely disappointing experience here on January 23rd. According to the bar’s Facebook page and Google listing, closing time is 2:30 a.m. However, at around 2:20–2:23 a.m., my friend and I were rudely forced out while we were simply waiting for our Uber to arrive. The staff was unprofessional and unnecessarily hostile, including being sworn at by a blonde female bartender and another staff member behind the bar. Despite having a small tab (under $25), I tipped 50% out of courtesy. I also work in the restaurant/bar industry and fully understand wanting to close on time, but that does not excuse treating paying customers disrespectfully or asking them to leave before the stated closing time—especially in such a rude manner. This experience showed a serious lack of customer service and professionalism. Unfortunately, because of this, I will not be returning and would not recommend this establishment.

Blonde bartender kicked us out at 2:10am in 1 degree weather despite bar closing at 2:30 for no stated reason. I asked if we could wait for our uber for three minutes. She responded saying she can close the bar whenever she wants and we need to get out. Swearing, yelling at us for no reason kicking us out when we weren’t drunk, disorderly or disrespectful. Clearly very eager to go home.

I WILL NOT BE BACK! Watch out for covert RACISM. I started coming here for karaoke about a month ago. Sometimes I stop in to shoot darts and play basketball. I guess since there were only 3 Black people in the bar this particular evening, the truth came out. A White patron yells out, "What's worse calling someone a racial slur or making fun of somebody with a disability?" The barmaid who is blonde with a high ponytail and long fake eyelashes could have changed the subject. Instead, she repeated it while everyone laughs. UNBELIEVABLE! Then I respond, "Why is that a question anyone would even ask? The guy who said it couldn't even justify it. Then one guy yells out, "We love Jews!" That's when I left. I REFUSE to patronize an establishment where people of different races etc are even mildly disrespected. I will gladly take my business elsewhere.
