The Yoga Lab: Cleveland Yoga Studio Guide

One of the MOST inviting, peaceful and loving environments I have ever felt. The instructor was an absolute angel, calm and extremely helpful. She guided with intention and let you know it was okay if you're poses weren't perfect, or if you needed a second to catch your breath. The entire experience from start to finish was beautiful.

It has been quite a while since I did yoga and decided to get back into it! I have been to a couple of studios and did not feel like it was my yoga home…. but today Nika made me feel so welcome!! I was a bit nervous as it has been a while but she made me feel so comfortable and her energy radiates positivity, acceptance and love!! I am headed back tomorrow and when ever I can going fourth!☺️ If this is your first time doing yoga or just getting back to it I can guarantee you will love it here!! 💕💕💕💕

Great studio and judge Dawson is an inspiring and professional teacher. I attended the Devotional flow class and would recommend this to anyone seeking a challenging, quality and fun flow with a great playlist. The studio is spacious, clean and comfortable to practice in. The main space has hanging radiant heaters to provide even heat to the space. Five stars

WOOOOWWW!!! The Yoga Lab is PHENOMENAL! I tried my first class with Yogi instructor Judge Dawson! I left feeling inspired, with my soul rejuvenated, and my body like jello. That's what I seek post workout. ONLY $12 A CLASS, yet it's PRICELESS!!!

I attended my first class last night. I am a true beginner and the energy/atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming. The instructor Diona was great. I will be back!
