It was really cool. I have hot chocolate inside. They let you go as many times as you’d like down the shoot for a simple low price really fun definitely an experience. I was a little bit scared because I’m scared of heights, but it was cool something you should definitely do once in your life. Highly recommend going there if you like heights roller coasters and adrenaline it was super cute and Christmasy

Had a decent time with the family. Prices are pretty extra for everything, lines can be extra long for 2 Chutes. Went here 30 yrs ago and had to carry my toboggan up the stares so it was nice not having to do that now. Was only able to go down 3 times because of how busy it was. Still cheaper then cedar point for a 1 day excursion.

We had a great time! I underestimated the ratio of age to steps and I really liked having a longer line to wait in in-between runs. Wear real gloves, not those stretchy things. The concessions are the pricy part of your trip.

Loved this place! So many people having snowball fights and enjoying each other's company. Almost seemed like something out of a magazine! Winter wonderland. Lots to see and do! Taboggins are super fast ! Glad we packed ski goggles 😁🥽

Unfortunately, the experience at the buffet counter was extremely disappointing and unprofessional and rude. We waited approximately 12 minutes for our order, which was then served undercooked. When we politely asked if anything could be done to address the issue or reduce the wait time, the response from the staff was dismissive and rude. Three employees behind the counter were collectively laughing, turning away, hiding behind walls, and making faces rather than addressing the situation appropriately. The cashier’s behavior was also concerning. She repeatedly turned her back to laugh, then turned around and attempted to appear professional. She called my order number and when I approached, she asked sarcastically if I had already received my order. When the food was finally handed to us, it was placed on the counter abruptly and without acknowledgment. This level of behavior does not meet basic customer service standards and reflects poorly on the establishment. I hope management addresses this situation to ensure a more respectful and professional experience for future customers. Shame on you!
