I had the absolute pleasure of hosting my daughter’s 10th birthday party at United Skates, and Miss Ebony was our host. From start to finish, she made the entire experience truly amazing. She took all the stress off of me and was always ten steps ahead, ensuring everything ran smoothly. Miss Ebony was incredibly kind and patient, especially while we waited for guests to arrive for each activity — from laser tag to the money pit and arcade games. She kept us on schedule, made sure everyone was having a great time, and was always right there whenever I needed her. To top it all off, she personally made my daughter a beautiful cotton candy tower cake, which made the day even more special. Miss Ebony was truly the best host I could have asked for. She went above and beyond, and we are so grateful for her dedication and care in making my daughter’s birthday unforgettable.

2 months agoWe had a phenomenal time at United States Wickcliffe. The staff was kind and courteous Amber was most helpful in organizing our Fundraiser. We definitely will be back.
5 months agoThe kids had a great time. It’s hard to determine time management with all of the activities and not knowing the timing and they’ll be done.
2 months agoI was my great grand 5th Birthday party. It was a great atmosphere but it was over booked. Had about 13 Birthday party's from 12:30 - 3:30.
