Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park: Cleveland Amusement Park Guide

Wow. This place is amazing. I will admit I came here with my family a couple years ago and it was filthy, overcrowded with rude employees and not much for young children. This visit was completely different. It was so clean , the bathrooms and ball pits were so clean, the employees and management were kind and friendly. My 5 and 7 year old had the time of their lives! We stayed for 5 hours on a Friday evening and had delicious pizza and ice cream and water breaks and it was such a great experience! Now we will be coming back regularly and we will be having my son’s birthday party here! I wish I would’ve gotten some employees names, I didn’t but they were all great!

Great experience! But if you wanna have a REALLY good time then be sure to book your party with Delaney! She absolutely went above and beyond for my kids. Definitely the best experience I’ve had being here, all thanks to her! I’ve never met such a caring & giving employee. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you Delaney!!

We LOVE Urban Air! Delanie and her team always go above and beyond to make sure the kiddos have a blast. Our son was hesitant about the climbing wall and a young man literally showed him the ropes and what falling was like. Now it's his favorite activity! We come every week. Thanks so much and keep up the great work!!!

Michelle and the staff was excellent. Took time to help the kids. The kids loved being there and we will be back soon. So much fun and a nice friendly place for the kids to play

Me and my wife brought our son, needless to say our son had a great time. The girl at the front desk, with the dark hair and blonde front was super nice, super thoughtful and very caring. She’s great with the kids and is very knowledgeable about urban air. My son had a great time interacting, laughing with her, getting him more comfortable and letting him choose what socks he wanted. He chose blue ones because that was the only safe option for his little feet. He’s still wearing the socks hours later! We will definitely come back with how sweet she is. Next time I’ll buy myself a ticket to support the business and have the fun with my son, the way he did. I believe that first interaction with that young girl made him more comfortable and excited to play during his time. Thank you for a great experience! The front desk girl does a fantastic job!
