This evening, after spending $100 to enter the park and an additional $90 on food, plus $40 on the arcade, a large fight broke out among several thug like individuals. Within seconds, the entire theme park was swarmed with police, and there were crowds screaming and fighting everywhere. Several people involved were wearing full face ski masks and yelling extreme profanity. At that point, the only concern for my husband and me was locating our 13-year-old daughter and making sure she was safe. After several minutes of anxious waiting and not knowing whether the situation was fully under control, we made the decision to leave due to serious safety concerns. Although police stated that those involved had been arrested and banned, the atmosphere still felt very unsafe. Even after the incident, several individuals continued yelling profanity and behaving aggressively. Not only did we waste our money, but we also had to subject our young daughter to a frightening situation in what should be a safe, family-friendly environment. Large groups of unsupervised and unruly teens were behaving in ways that were completely unacceptable, and the lack of control over the situation was extremely concerning. Although we acknowledge the Westlake Police moved swiftly into action, it should not take several police responding to handle a situation like this in a children theme park. The behavior was erratic, aggressive, thug & gangster in nature and those teens who were involved had parents applauding their behavior and even joining in. Based on this experience, I would not recommend attending. A place meant for families and children should prioritize safety and maintain an environment where guests can feel secure. This location although in a great area is a suburb of the greater Cleveland area and unfortunately that was very apparent during our visit. The saddest part is after this incident we found out it is not the first of its kind at this location. UPDATE: The food: I stood in line to place the order a goo 15-20 min and then waited a hour for it to be done. They do give you a buzzer. Pizza was actually really good. The boneless wings were cold and the majority were as hard as little rocks. Buffalo sauce had good flavor. We did not receive the ranch so I had to go back up and wait about 5 minutes to get that. Soft pretzel was equally hard. The icee’s were good. The soda however was disgusting. Tasted very much like rubber lines. We had starry. The dip n dots machine was out of order so I waited in line again and purchased those. They were typical. The workers in the cafe, specially the cashier seemed like they couldn’t care less to be there, ZERO care. I will say there was one gentleman who seemed to be doing everything on his own and he was dealing with the lip smacking and attitude being given to him by several individuals. Cleanliness: every garbage can near the seating area was overflowing with trash onto the floor until the end of the night when staff came out of the woodwork to clean up. And other than the erratic crowd tossing water and drinks at each other thus soaking the floor, things seemed reasonably clean for the environment. I did have to wipe down a table to sit at one.

The manager Jackie is a gem and was amazing during our visit! The place was packed and our 3 year old got a little overwhelmed. Jackie must have seen the look of exhaustion on my face as I had to get back in line to upgrade my son’s bracelet because he decided he rather do the go karts vs the other activities. I saw her working with several customers and was stunned that she had time throughout those transactions to recognize I was back in line after a short period of time. She approached us, bent down to talk to my son, eye to eye to ask him if he was having fun and what’s his favorite thing so far. He replied I want to try the go karts! She took her time to engage with him a little more, making him feel so comfy in a crowded place. Jackie took GREAT care of us as if we were regulars. This review is 3 months overdue bcz I don’t write reviews often but I think of Jackie’s kindness often and just wanted to give her a public shout out of love and gratitude! You may not remember this night, but my family will never forget it! Thank you!!

We attended a birthday party here. The party rooms were nice and the facility was clean. I did notice that it was pretty much ran by teenagers so there was really no rules. This place is also better for older kids and not little ones as there is not a lot a little one can do. Most things had a height requirement. I also dont like that there is a pretty expensive fee to jump with your little one. I paid about 31.00 to only be able to go on some of the trampolines and the climbing structure since my guy is too little for everything else. Great for big kids, not for littles, save yourself the money.

BEE!!!!

Took two field trip groups here [group of 20 & group of 60!!]. The staff was absolutely amazing, super friendly, and very understanding especially during some of the kids moments of fear doing the different "courses". Also did a great job at the food area dealing with some of the kids learning how to properly use their own money and speaking to adults. Friendly people all around special shoutout to one of the managers Brittany, help us manage our large group trip very well! The kids had so much fun with the activities there, none of the kids got bored and the ones that got scared of some things had many other options to choose from. Loved going on weekday mornings when it wasn't too busy outside of our group! The food there was pretty good and the location is super nice as there are many other food options outside as well.

We recently hosted a birthday party at Urban Air, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we walked in, everything was organized, energetic, and fun. The kids had an absolute blast with all the attractions, and the party setup made the whole event feel stress-free for us as hosts. A huge shoutout to Faith, who truly went above and beyond. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly the entire time. Her positive attitude and genuine care made a big difference and really elevated the whole experience.
