Urban Paint & Sip: Cleveland Art Studio Guide

It's a HARD PRESS NO for me. I am in town for my daughter's heart surgery and looking for relaxing, stress-free things to do to keep my mind busy. There are many other parents and loved ones of patients who are looking for the same. Reading the comments made me sad because this business would have a goldmine if they read the comments and maybe even got a business mentor to help. Too often businesses like this end of closing all because someone had a great idea and to just go with that. Successful businesses invest in mentorship, ongoing learning and take time to evaluate their competition and check the pulse of their customers. Anyone with with a quarter of a brain can see that whoever is running this business has a scarcity mindset, doesn't understand business decorum and is closed off from reality. As an entrepreneur and leader all my life, this problem is an EASY fix, but PRIDE usually squashes any possibility of fixing it. I hope and pray whoever owns this business swallows their pride, sees the light and consults someone for help before the next negative FACTUAL review is typed. In the meantime, I won't be patronizing this business because there are others that already offer the level of service, attentiveness and value that this one fails to provide.

2nd time here. Both times I had a blast. Clean, & professional. I love their tasty signature Long Islands Ice Teas.

I enjoyed myself at this place. The food was good and the drinks were strong. The instructor gave good instruction.

The place was nice. The employees were just ok I guess I expected more seeing as if I traveled over 600 miles to attend my little cousins engagement party. There was a incident that occurred while we was there and I just felt like the attendees was more concerned then the staff! Just feel like the staff could have been a little more welcoming.

OMG!! If you are having an event, look no further…BOOK URBAN PAINT & SIP!! This venue is soooo nice!! The inside is beautiful and literally has everything you need for a nice successful event!! Bar and all!! Booking is so easy and smooth. Having a nice event can be stressful but this is one thing that would be easy and it’s all because of John!! When I tell you he is the most amazing person ever!! I felt like I’d known him forever!! He’s so nice, polite, helpful, kind, funny, friendly…I could go on and on!! I felt like he was in my family. I definitely made a new good friend!! Everyone at my event loved him,(he worked the bar) and guests were immediately inquiring information on booking. They have everything you need!! Sound system was amazing!! This is already a long review and I could go on but I’m just going to sum it up by saying Thank you John and God bless you!! The venue is awesome, your energy is amazing, and I’m so thankful we crossed paths!! Book your next event at URBAN PAINT & SIP PERIOD!!
