We haven't traveled internationally before and got linked up with Kevin Vance and Collette Travel. We ended up with two back to back tours of Italy, just over 3 weeks. Kevin was fabulous with teaching us "new travelers" the ropes, what to expect and what to prepare for. We had tons of questions for him and he answered every one and continued to encourage the queries. We had a few extra days and Kevin took care of much of those arrangements including transportation, lodging located strategically for sites in Milan and the train station access. The Collette tours were exceptional in covering the more popular sites as well as "hidden gems" in out of the way places and activities. Between Kevin's hand holding and the Collette itineraries and options we couldn't have asked for a better 1st time experience. We wouldn't hesitate in using them again! Top notch customer service.
