It's wonderful to support a small retailer where the people sell what they're passionate and knowledgable about. Everyone is so friendly and the store is well-stocked with such great variety. We cannot thank Dan and the rest of the team here for all of their help and expertise. My wife had been struggling with getting her boots to fit properly, and Dan spent hours making tons of adjustments to make them comfortable and skiable. He also helped me find skis, boots, and poles for myself, and he was able to make adjustments to my boots as well. We live in Chicago now (initially from Ohio) and they even rushed our boot adjustments and binding mounting so that we could get them done before we drove home. We are so thankful for their patience and expertise! The entire team here is top tier. There is no place better than Village to get your gear!

I tried on about 9 boots at a couple different shops for my oddly shaped feet before I found a really good fit here with Chris. This is a great small shop with excellent customer service. You might wait a minute because they're busy, but it's worth the wait.

Awesome shop, feels out of place in Cleveland! Boot fitting is top tier - I need a high volume boot with a lot of custom work (punch outs for bunions) and they handled it all with ease. Also bought a used pair of skis with an uphill binding for cheap. Couldn't reccomend the shop more
