Shiann is a very beautiful young lady. If you want to have a Wonderful event from start to the finish with no stress call on Shiann! She cared about the event and my personal struggles as if it were her own. Throughout the 2 day event she was available for everyone's needs. She may be young but don't let that fool you. Her professionalism is beyond what you could expect. The two day event for the Elyria High School Class of "85, 40th Reunion will be unforgettable because the dedication and expertise of Shiann from start to finish. My deepest gratitude to Shiann! The Class of '85 felt this event was one of the Best ever! They felt Love in the Atmosphere! You're the GOAT Shiann! Thank you to all the Wagner's staff as well. They were all Outstanding!!
5 months agoBeautiful venue with several halls. A place for the bridal party to get dressed and a chapel to get married in. Lovely decor and a full bar. Simply Gorgeous.
a year agoThis past weekend I held my bridal shower at the cutest venue, Wagner's of Westlake! I worked with Shaiann to curate the cutest set up and look for the shower and she really brought everything to life for me! A huge thank you to her and Chuck, the owner, for doing everything to help bring my dream event to reality!
4 months agoPerfect place for a wedding in the West-Cleveland area! We did both our ceremony and banquet here, and were very happy with everything - the service, the food, the location, and the pricing. Shaiann was super friendly, helpful, and responsive in helping us plan everything remotely (since we live quite far away). Service the day of was also very attentive and helpful (fixing our cake topper after a small piece broke off!), and everyone enjoyed the buffet food. Pricing with the various packages made that part very simple & transparent, but we still had plenty of flexibility for special requests. Can only recommend
3 years agoWe went to the New Year's Eve party. Wow!! Too much fun. Great food . And the staff was so professional and friendly. We're coming back next year. Fabulous place!
