We had an amazing experience at Weiss Field while watching my son and his team, IVL, play a scrimmage here—and I can confidently say this field is a gem in the community! From the moment we arrived, the park felt clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. The diamonds are in great shape with quality fencing and dugouts, and the layout makes it easy for parents to get a good view of the action. Whether you’re behind the plate or walking around, there’s plenty of room to cheer on your team without feeling crowded. What really stood out was the positive atmosphere—friendly coaches, respectful teams, and supportive families all around. Even during a scrimmage, the energy was high, the competition was fun, and the kids were clearly having a blast. My son loved every second of it, and it was awesome seeing him light up on the field doing what he loves. Parking was easy, and the facilities (including restrooms and concessions) were clean and conveniently located. It’s the kind of place where you feel safe and comfortable bringing the whole family for a full day of baseball. If you’re a local team, a visiting club, or just looking to catch a youth game, Weiss Field is a top-notch choice. We’re looking forward to coming back soon—go IVL!

Nice baseball themed playground. There are restrooms but they were locked (Wednesday at Noon) possibly only available during games - there are several baseball fields. Also has a fenced in dog park, though we were greeted by several unleashed dogs on the playground.

Great playground for kids. It’s a little much of a playground for my 2 year old - some areas where he could topple off, but easy for parents to climb up there to play with the kids. Walking thru the wooded area is nice here, too.

Nice little dog park off to the side. Very nice play area with lots of unique obstacles for the kiddos to play on. Also a volleyball court, basketball court, skate park, baseball fields and lots of picnic area with multiple pavilions. This is a very nice place to visit!!
