Willow and Birch Massage: Cleveland Massage Guide

My fiancé, and I went to Birch & Willow for a couples massage and had such a wonderful experience from start to finish! The moment we walked in, the warmth of the facility was incredibly welcoming, especially coming in off the cold street. It immediately set the tone for relaxation. The décor was super cute, and thoughtfully done. A beautiful forest-themed space with green, and tan accents that felt cozy, calming, and elevated. The massage tables were heated (that was a nice touch!), the lighting in the room was absolutely perfect, and the music created the most relaxing atmosphere. I had my massage with Sarah, and my fiancé was with Oleksander, and we both couldn’t have been happier. They were professional, attentive, and truly made us feel relaxed and comfortable the entire time. One small, but very thoughtful detail that stood out was Oleksander taking the time to swiffer the floor from our boots coming in from outside so our socks wouldn’t get wet, incredibly mindful and so appreciated. This experience was exactly what we needed, and we can’t wait to come back. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

This was my first experience with Thai massage and with Willow and Birch. The space is quiet and beautifully decorated to promote feelings of peace and tranquility. Oleksander was very pleasant, patient and knowledgeable. It was clear that he was well-versed and skilled in his technique. For the most part, he remained quiet and focused, but was receptive to any comments, questions and feedback I had. As a whole, it was very calming and relaxing. I would consider going back again.

Quick tip to get to the office: enter the door on the lower level, take a right, get on the elevator, get off at the second floor, and it’s suite 222 (see final photos for visuals). They took the time to listen to my concerns and tailored the session to address my specific needs. I left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed, and free of tension. The atmosphere was calming, the pressure was perfect, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. Oleks gave me a great massage. As a first time customer, I came in with severe knots in my back that had been bothering me for over a month. He treated the area well, and shared knowledge and advice on steps I should take if the pain did not improve after our session. A couple of days later, the relief is significant. The beds were heated. The lighting, music and decor were very cozy. I had Olek and my fiancée had Sarah. They listened to our needs and had us walking out feeling so relaxed.
