Woodhouse Spa - Rocky River: Cleveland Spa Guide

I had a 60-minute deep tissue massage. My masseuse was kind, professional, and thorough. I expected her to only focus on my tense areas, but she covered each area of my body. It felt great! There is a quiet relaxation room while you wait for your massage. The ambiance is nice, and they provide light snacks and refreshments. The spa was very clean, and staff was very hospitable. I will be back!

What a wonderful experience!! Everything was perfect from the minute I walked in! Everyone was very friendly and the facility was extremely clean. This was my first time at this location and I will definitely be returning. My massage from Jasmine was so relaxing I didnt want you to leave and Brenda did a perfect job with mu pedicure!! This was a Mothers Day gift from my son & fiancé, I hope I get more of these!!

Had such an amazing experience at Woodhouse in Rocky River. Jessica is by far THE best masseuse I’ve ever had for a Deep Tissue. I also had a HydroGlacial facial with Mimi and again, hands down the best facial I’ve had. Atmosphere was so calm, quiet and relaxing. Would recommend to absolutely everyone who wants a top tier experience and a day (or a couple hours) to escape.

Update: The salon did reach out to me to apologize for my experience which I appreciate. I recently went back and had the same service with Ryan- which was amazing, lt was like a completely different experience even with check in. I did go on a Saturday this time versus a Sunday the first time. Either way, Ryan is who I will be booking with in the future! Original review: I wish I would have read the other Google review about the rushed pedicure. I had a very similar experience but I was not the last appointment of the day. At $80 I was expecting the pedicure to be one of the better ones I received but was sorely disappointed. The "50 minutes" pedicure itself lasted 30 minutes at most and then 10 minutes of drying time. Even having to wait a while to pay I still was back in my car in less than 50 minutes from the time I arrived. I have had better pedicures for half the price at strip-mall walk-in nail salons. My therapist did not seem pleased to be there and hardly filed my feet. In fact it was so minimal pressure I don't think it did anything, and the "massage" was basically her just lathering oil on my calves, no pressure at all. Very disappointing- I will not be returning to woodhouse for a pedicure again.

I’ve been going to Woodhouse Spa for the luxury foot retreat twice a month for the last year. Ryan is my favorite for nails, she is magical. On top of doing fantastic work, she is very kind and we always have so much fun at every appointment. I always leave feeling pampered and refreshed! They have a large selection of colors. The polishes are long lasting and beautiful. The entire staff at the Rocky River location is lovely and I always enjoy my time there. Highly recommend!
